We're in the midst of summer and it's been a long time since I last updated this page.  There have been a few welcome additions to the slab of late including a personal favourite, gurnard and in the last couple of weeks, John Dory.  There is also some monkfish on offer.

Skate are a definite bet right now, scallops are coming in frequently and so is sea bass.  And it's worth looking out for grey mullet too.
